Martinez is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the company. She drives the administrative and financial aspects of the company while
working directly with customers and supporting the executive and management staff in their activities. Ms. Martinez is actively involved in many building management associations and is pursuing her CBSE designation from BSCAI. She has served on the
Board of Directors for BOMA, American Cancer Society, Community FoodBank, Boy Scouts of America and recognized by the Boy Scouts of America as
Distinguished Citizen in 2007 as well as honored by YWCA in 2007.

Mr. Wardzinski has worked in the facility maintenance and security industry since 1985.
He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. The Operations Group, Customer Service Representatives, Quality
Assurance Managers, and VP of Sales & Marketing Manager and Office Manager report directly to him.
Mr. Wardzinski earned the designation of Certified Building Service executive (CBSE) in 2006. The CBSE program is administered thru The Building
Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) an international association of cleaning and building service professionals. He currently serves on
several committees and is a proud supporter of the association.

Mr. Martinez founded Control Temp in 1982 and built it
into a leading mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, building
automation and design/build firm. He is highly regarded in
the industry for his experience in managing the most complex
and unique projects. He has received the highest Achievement
Award by Contracting Business Magazine. After Control Temp
was acquired by BRAVO! Group Services in 2011, he joined the
new company to continue offering his exceptional experience
and capabilities to our clients.
